January brought the 'Honu" or green sea turtle through as our ally and teacher. He taught us about slowing down, honoring the pause, reorienting, and rediscovering our *why* that gets us through the challenges. Honu also hinted at reevaluating our relationship to Time itself. When we zoom out and broaden our perspective it is easier to reorient, and regulate ourselves as we travel on this cosmic current at our own pace that feels good.
